The staff gave very clear instructions to find my way around. I was welcomed with a smile. The staff made sure I was well looked after. Our room was spacious.
The access to parking was impracticable by car. This was because of a daily market. There was a cat urine smell in the bathroom. There was a sewage smell in the bathroom too.

the staff members were helpful. azedin and morad offered many suggestions and transfer arrangements. they made my breakfast perfect. their cheerful attitude surpassed my expectations. everything was clean and tidy.
i noticed a slight plumbing odor in the bathroom. i also experienced difficulty accessing nearby parking due to a daily market. this made driving in the area challenging.

the rooms offer good bathrooms. the riad has nice decoration. sometimes it seemed like i was alone in the riad , it was very calm. the rooms were clean.

the breakfast was fresh and delicious. it was served on the terrace each morning. i particularly enjoyed the mint tea offered while enjoying the view. the riad offers great service.

the riad is well-located. it's about 15 minutes walk from the central souks. the riad is closer to the less touristy areas where locals live. the location is perfect to wind down after exploring the medina.

The staff showed great kindness and attentiveness. Idir met me upon arrival and shared helpful information. He reviewed a map detailing routes around the locale. I also received an emergency phone for contact purposes.
The smell of cat urine was noticeable. There was also a sewage odor in the bathroom. Reaching the parking area was difficult due to a daily market.
